Before visiting the project site, the field team creates a form in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcgis.com\/apps\/fieldmaps\/\">ArcGIS Field Maps Designer<\/a>. They associate the newly created form with point features to facilitate capturing of existing fire hydrants.
