For Hub, see <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/arcgis-online\/manage-data\/publish-features.htm\">Publish hosted feature layers<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/hub\/content\/add-and-manage-groups.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_A1773FD00F47491A922ABE2DE62E9228\">Upload content as a file or using a URL<\/a>. This is useful as filtered downloads of a CSV is not possible.<\/li>\n<li>For hosted services, enable the <strong>Export data<\/strong> setting in ArcGIS Online or in Enterprise.<\/li>\n<li>For Hub-only, enable <strong>Editor tracking<\/strong> for hosted and non-hosted feature services to ensure that dates shown on content views are accurate. Hub uses a service\u2019s \u201clast edit date\u201d to know when data was updated and if a cached file is outdated. Then you can host data in ArcGIS Online or Enterprise and enable the <strong>Export data<\/strong> setting, giving you more download formats, faster add more reliable downloads, and overall improved performance. Data managers who have opted in to workspaces (beta) can schedule updates to align with the needs and workflows for different datasets. Specifically, data managers can do the following in the Content workspace:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Set up scheduled updates<\/strong> (create cached files)- For public data, configure an update schedule on a regular basis (<strong>Settings <\/strong>pane) or manually update download files.
