The CVAP dataset is a well-established data product. The U.S. Census Bureau prepares this dataset for the Department of Justice. The first delivery was based on the 2000 Census. Since 2011, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.census.gov\/programs-surveys\/decennial-census\/about\/voting-rights\/cvap.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CVAP<\/a> is a special tabulation of the U.S. Census Bureau&#8217;s American Community Survey five-year estimates, supporting a new delivery of data every year.<\/p>\n<p>CVAP layers, maps, and apps <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/products\/arcgis-living-atlas\/announcements\/cvap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">debuted in Living Atlas<\/a> two years ago, with an annual update <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/products\/arcgis-living-atlas\/announcements\/cvapupdatefeb2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">last February<\/a>. This year&#8217;s annual update is here. All <a href=\"https:\/\/livingatlas.arcgis.com\/en\/browse\/?q=CVAP#q=CVAP&amp;d=2\">CVAP content in Living Atlas<\/a> now contains and displays the latest vintage: 2019-2023.
