In<\/span>\u00a0the February 2025 release, ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App\u00a0<\/span>created a<\/span> new report style. <\/span>The new report style provides an updated design that is presentation ready and has improved readability for accessibility.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To access the new report style, start by <\/span>running a report<\/span><\/a>. On the <\/span>Reports <\/span><\/b>tab, click <\/span>Run reports <\/span><\/b>and click <\/span>Run classic reports<\/span><\/b>. Select your sites and choose the classic <\/span>Esri reports <\/span><\/b>that you want to run. In the June 2026 release, this toggle button will be removed<\/span>\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Esri\u00a0<\/span>reports will\u00a0<\/span>only be available in the\u00a0<\/span>new style<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the new report style?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

The new report style is designed to improve the accessibility of the report. To meet accessibility standards, the new report style uses larger font sizes and high color contrast. If this design looks familiar, it\u2019s because the new report style has the same updated design as <\/span>tabular infographics<\/span><\/a>. While tabular infographics are available in the <\/span>Run infographics<\/span><\/b> interface<\/span><\/a>, the new report style is available in the <\/span>Run reports <\/span><\/b>interface<\/span><\/a>. There are 1-1 versions of the updated style in the report player (available through the <\/span>Try new report style <\/span><\/b>toggle button) and in the infographic player (available in the <\/span>Gallery <\/span><\/b>as tabular infographics). <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The design guidelines for the new report style help you use uniform and streamlined styling. For instance, the new report style uses an established hierarchy for color and font. Make your own report using the new style<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

You can run Esri reports using the <\/span>new style<\/span>, but you cannot edit them. <\/span>If you\u2019re interested in updating your custom reports to the new report style, we recommend using the <\/span>infographic builder<\/span><\/a>. You can use an existing tabular infographic to seamlessly copy the design style. Migrate your existing classic reports to the\u00a0new style\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

In the June 2026 release, the\u00a0legacy Esri-provided\u00a0classic report style will be deprecated.\u00a0These\u00a0reports will only be available in\u00a0the\u00a0new\u00a0style.\u00a0<\/span>However, you will still be able to edit your existing custom classic reports.\u00a0For example, you will continue to be able to add, remove, or replace variables.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Moving forward,\u00a0we encourage you to migrate your reports\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0new\u00a0style\u00a0using\u00a0the infographic builder.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
