It is replaced by tasks in Field Maps.","flexible_content":[{"acf_fc_layout":"content","content":"<p>A deprecation <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.esri.com\/en-us\/knowledge-base\/deprecation-arcgis-workforce-000038426\">notice<\/a><\/strong> has been published to announce that<strong> ArcGIS Workforce<\/strong> is scheduled for retirement late 2026:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ArcGIS Online, Q4 2026 update<\/li>\n<li>ArcGIS Enterprise 12.2, Q4 2026 release<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During this phase of deprecation, ArcGIS Workforce will continue to be available and supported but will not receive any enhancements.<\/p>\n<p>Upon retirement, Esri will discontinue technical support and the app will be removed from the app stores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why is Workforce being retired?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The replacement for Workforce is the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/field-maps\/11.5\/prepare-maps\/prepare-tasks.htm\">new Tasks capability<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/en-us\/arcgis\/products\/arcgis-field-maps\/overview\">ArcGIS Field Maps<\/a>,<\/strong> introduced in version 25.2 (released September 2025). Tasks offer greater flexibility, deeper integration, and a more streamlined experience for coordinating fieldwork.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommended actions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customers should migrate to using tasks in Field Maps.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The previous version of ArcGIS Workforce, &#8220;Workforce for ArcGIS&#8221;, was retired on December 31, 2021 and is no longer supported.<\/p>\n"}],"show_article_image":false,"card_image":false,"wide_image":false},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.9 (Yoast SEO v25.9) -
