The <strong>Run Data Checks<\/strong> tool is frequently used to identify and test check configurations that implement data quality requirements using attribute rules. The tool now supports the export of check configurations to attribute rule .csv files from the tool\u2019s <strong>History<\/strong> drop-down.See the updated <a href=\"https:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/latest\/help\/data\/validating-data\/tutorial-implement-automated-quality-control.htm\">Implement automated quality control<\/a> quick-start tutorial to learn more about this new workflow.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Export to Attribute Rules<\/strong> tool automates the migration of data quality implementations created in ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro. The tool now supports the export of <strong>Valency<\/strong> check configurations from <strong>Reviewer Batch Jobs<\/strong> to attribute rule .csv files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The attribute rule .csv files generated by these workflows are used to create <a href=\"https:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/latest\/help\/data\/geodatabases\/overview\/validation-attribute-rules.htm\">validation attribute rules<\/a>, which provide data validation that is consistent and repeatable within the geodatabase.<\/p>\n"},{"acf_fc_layout":"kaltura","video_id":"1_lqo7d5t6","time":true,"start":"201.25","stop":""},{"acf_fc_layout":"content","content":"<h2><strong>Error Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Error Inspector<\/strong> in ArcGIS Pro has undergone a series of improvements, reflecting user feedback regarding usability. These include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The usability of the <strong>Fields Filter<\/strong> tool is improved by eliminating the redundant <em>Rule Type<\/em> filtering property and adding the <em>Category<\/em> property to better support the management of errors resulting from visual quality control workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Error details presented in the <strong>Error Inspector<\/strong> pane are now available for copying and pasting into external applications, such as MS Excel. This functionality supports both copying individual cell values, as well as the entire contents of the pane.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>New tools for visual data quality review<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/latest\/tool-reference\/data-reviewer\/select-random-sample.htm\"><strong>Select Random Sample<\/strong><\/a> tool is now available to support the creation of random samples of features and rows. Random sampling is a common technique used when conducting visual data quality review. This tool replaces and extends capabilities previously available in Data Reviewer\u2019s Sampling check by providing support for automated workflows and services-based sampling.<\/li>\n<li>A companion tool to <strong>Select Random Sample<\/strong>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/latest\/tool-reference\/data-reviewer\/reselect-sample.htm\"><strong>Reselect Random Sample<\/strong><\/a> supports the regeneration of a previously created random selection. This tool is useful in situations when a record of the sampled features is needed to complete a review of features or to document the set of features used in an analysis.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/latest\/tool-reference\/data-management\/compare-schema.htm\"><strong>Compare Schema<\/strong><\/a> tool is now available for all ArcGIS Pro users. This tool enables users to compare a base geodatabase schema with a test schema, showing differences in geodatabase objects, including feature classes, tables, and related properties such as subtypes, domains and spatial references. This tool replaces and expands on capabilities previously available in Data Reviewer\u2019s <strong>Geodatabase Schema Compare<\/strong> tool in ArcMap.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n"},{"acf_fc_layout":"kaltura","video_id":"1_lqo7d5t6","time":true,"start":"548.1","stop":""},{"acf_fc_layout":"content","content":"<h2><strong>Deprecation of the Reviewer Workspace and tools in ArcGIS Pro<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>ArcGIS Data Reviewer will undergo change at the ArcGIS Pro 3.7 release. The ArcGIS Pro 3.6 release is the final release to support workflows reliant on Data Reviewer\u2019s Reviewer Workspace error management capability. Deprecated tools include those that support automated review of features using Reviewer Batch Jobs, performing visual review, Reviewer Workspace management, and customization support through the ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET.
