PACE provides the world\u2019s first <strong>global, daily, publicly available<\/strong> hyperspectral satellite data covering <strong>350\u2013890 nm wavelengths<\/strong> (that\u2019s the <strong>ultraviolet<\/strong>, <strong>visible<\/strong>, and <strong>near-infrared<\/strong> range) with 1.2 km<sup>2<\/sup> spatial resolution! This graduates us to a higher spectral resolution; in traditional imagery like Landsat and Sentinel, we are used to working with less than 15 visible and near infrared wavelengths. With PACE we now can use <strong><em>hundreds<\/em><\/strong> of wavelengths on the electromagnetic spectrum, a spectral upgrade that lets us see aerosols, ocean particles and phytoplankton, land vegetation, and clouds in a whole new light! Seeing the ocean from space has always been a challenge as seawater reflects little light, but PACE\u2019s advanced optics capture both bright and dark targets, revealing hyperspectral details across land, ocean, and atmosphere. This mission is reshaping how we study our planet\u2019s interconnected systems.<\/p>\n<h2>PACE Derived Products<strong><strong class=\"jsx-5eded4394ab87caf\" data-testid=\"CustomText-Bold\">\ud83c\udf0a\ud83c\udf3f\ud83c\udf2b\ufe0f<\/strong><\/strong>: 10 Ready to Use Image Services in ArcGIS Living Atlas<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"812\">First, we&#8217;ll focus on <strong data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"613\">scientifically derived products<\/strong> scientifically derived PACE products including ocean chlorophyll-a, vegetation indices, and aerosol optical depth. NASA <a href=\"https:\/\/gis.earthdata.nasa.gov\/portal\/home\/index.html\">Earthdata\u2019s Geographic Information System (EGIS)<\/a> team has released <strong data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"643\">10 analysis-ready PACE image services<\/strong> directly into the <strong data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"685\">ArcGIS Living Atlas<\/strong>, giving you instant access to visualize, analyze, and compare environmental changes in both ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
