Use the DEM created with CityEngine or with contours to run a 3D <a href=\"https:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/latest\/help\/mapping\/simulation\/create-a-flood-simulation-scenario.htm\">flood simulation<\/a>.
