must have access to Microsoft Fabric and the ability to create items within a Fabric workspace.<\/p>\n<h3>Tenant Administrator Enablement<\/h3>\n<p>ArcGIS Maps for Fabric must be enabled in the workload hub at the tenant level:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A tenant administrator may need to enable the <a
