When the same friction shows up often enough, it stops being just a support issue. These aren&#8217;t competing channels. That&#8217;s when it tends to get built.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The scale of what&#8217;s been implemented from both channels is worth understanding:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">ArcGIS Pro 3.2 implemented nearly <strong>120 user ideas<\/strong> totaling over <strong>1,500 kudos<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">ArcGIS Pro 3.5 included over <strong>70 user ideas<\/strong> totaling more than <strong>1,600 kudos<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">ArcGIS Pro 3.6 (released November 13, 2025) included over <strong>60 user ideas<\/strong> totaling more than<strong> 600 kudos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Those numbers don&#8217;t reflect ideas alone.
