Add New Fields<\/h4>\n<p>You can now create new fields directly in the <strong>Form builder<\/strong>, making it simple to customize forms and capture the information you need. Simply drag a <strong>Basic<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Choice<\/strong> element from the Form elements pane onto the form canvas, then set properties such as display name, default value, field length, and more. Multiple Choice Questions<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Multiple choice<\/strong> is a new form element in the <strong>Choice<\/strong> section of the Form builder. Use this when you want editors to select more than one value in a list. For example, you can create a list of invasive species that could be present at a monitoring site, then use this input type to allow editors to check <strong>multiple values<\/strong> in the list. Selected values will be stored as comma-delimited text in a string field.<\/p>\n<p>To create a list, you can type choices one by one, or import them from a .csv file. Further configure the field to set default values, a maximum field length, minimum number of selections, and more. New Attachment Element<\/h4>\n<p>You&#8217;ve been asking for it, and we listened! Forms now support attachment elements, giving you more control over the types of attachments that are added to your data.<\/p>\n<p>When you <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/field-maps\/10.9\/prepare-maps\/configure-the-form.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">configure a Form<\/a> in Field Maps Web Designer or Map Viewer, you&#8217;ll notice a new section for <strong>attachment elements<\/strong>. Simply choose between a <strong>General, Media, <\/strong>and <strong>Document <\/strong>input type (or pick all three) and drag it directly onto the canvas. From here, you can tailor the editing experience for attachments by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adding an associated keyword<\/li>\n<li>Choosing which of the following file types are accepted: photo, audio, video, and document files<\/li>\n<li>Enforcing a minimum \/ maximum file limit<\/li>\n<li>Leveraging arcade driven expressions to determine the editability &amp;
