branding to go along with the chart and map cards.\u00a0 Insights now gives you control to use your organization\u2019s colors, logos, and options for communicating your narrative with your shared analysis results.\u00a0 Here are a few specific ways shared presentations have been enhanced:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Text-n-Media-Widget.gif\">Text &amp; Media Widget<\/a>: <\/strong>\u00a0Insert titles, text, hyperlinks, images, and videos onto a page.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Page-Color-Options.gif\">Page Color Options<\/a>: <\/strong>\u00a0Pages can be customized with background and foreground colors.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Card-Styles.gif\">Card Styles<\/a>:<\/strong> \u00a0Control the card background and foreground colors, as well as boarder color, width, and line style.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Chart-Axis-Labels.gif\">Chart Axis Labels<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0 Edit the text displaying on chart axes.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Legend-Placement.gif\">Legend placement<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0 Chart legends and map legends can be placed permanently on the page.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Themes.gif\">Themes<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0 Page settings can be saved as a theme, shared, and re-used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019ve also added the <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/insights\/online\/create\/add-predefined-filter.htm\"><strong>Predefined Filter<\/strong><\/a> widget.\u00a0 This allows you to define a series of filters, name each filter, and then pick between them.\u00a0 Analysts can define these queries with more complexity and logic, but as a viewer you can simply interact with the named filter and see results.<\/p>\n<p>A new <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/insights\/online\/create\/kpi-chart.htm\"><strong>KPI (key performance indicator)<\/strong><\/a> card is available to you.\u00a0 This chart may show either a number, or a gauge.\u00a0 The gauge allows for evaluating the status of a measure and comparing to a target, min, and max value.<\/p>\n<p><em>Check out the Predefined Filter widget and KPI card in action.\u00a0 Click the country filter on the left, and see the KPI and map cards update.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe options and control over querying data, with functions and compound filters.\u00a0 This means you have more granular and advanced logic to filter at both the dataset or card level, and show only those people, places, events, and other entities.\u00a0 Insights 3.0 strengthens these relationship modeling capabilities, and takes it to the next level.\u00a0 See this short video of what\u2019s frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>"},{"acf_fc_layout":"content","content":"<p>The specific features include the ability to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Display <strong>three or more node types<\/strong>, and model the multiple relationships between them.<\/li>\n<li>Use the<strong> Eigenvector centrality<\/strong> measure to calculate the influence of a node, based on its connection to other influential nodes.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage<strong> hierarchical and radial layouts <\/strong>have been added.\u00a0 Chart layouts organize your data based on the information you are looking for. \u00a0This includes the option to set a primary node and collapse\/expand nodes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Display by Unique Value<\/strong>.\u00a0 Links can now be displayed by unique values using a string field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Symbolize<\/strong> nodes with over two dozen new point symbols, and even use custom pictures symbols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>And more\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These are just a few of the exciting new enhancement added with the Insights 3.0 release.\u00a0 There\u2019s lots more, for example we\u2019ve added support for<strong> analyzing map image layers<\/strong> that have the feature access capability (this includes map services).\u00a0 We\u2019ve also added support for <strong>drawing more features<\/strong>, with improved drawing performance in the map and scatterplot (100k records).\u00a0 Be sure to <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/insights\/online\/reference\/whats-new.htm\">check out the help
