Smart Mapping is a new approach that both developers and users of the ArcGIS platform will be able to leverage for making maps that are useful and visually stunning. The <code>ArcGISImageServiceVectorLayer<\/code> provides functionality to display image pixel values as vector point symbols, and <code>RasterLayer<\/code> provides capabilities to perform client-side pixel filtering.
