It improves coordination with the office as well by letting you broadcast when you are working or when you are taking a break.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2015\/12\/icon-360.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-57277 noIMGBackground\" src=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2015\/12\/icon-360.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/><\/a>In the office<\/strong><br \/>\nUsing the Workforce back-office web app, field managers create and assign work to mobile workers. Choosing the type of work, it\u2019s priority and due date, and sharing a description of what needs to be done gives the mobile worker insight into the work they need to do.<\/p>\n<p>Workforce is integrated into the ArcGIS platform. GIS administrators can create Workforce Projects directly inside their ArcGIS organization, define the list of assignment types and leverage ArcGIS identities to define who can create and assign work and who can complete it in the field.<\/p>\n<p>Workforce for ArcGIS takes workflow out of the office and into the field. It keeps both in sync so that you can maximize your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/en-us\/arcgis\/products\/field-operations\/overview\">field operations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Sync.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-57278 noIMGBackground\" src=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Sync.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"119\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Our initial beta release is planned for January 12<sup>th<\/sup>.
