Our latest release adds updated imagery in nine communities across the U.S. and Europe. These high-resolution imagery updates replace older and\/or lower resolution content. View this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maps.arcgis.com\/apps\/MapJournal\/index.html?appid=4ddc8e6faa074447ae6e7c37dbbb9767\" target=\"_blank\">story map<\/a> detailing all the contributors in our recent release. Also included are examples how the communities are using and sharing their contributed content through maps, apps and their portal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.maps.arcgis.com\/apps\/MapJournal\/index.html?appid=4ddc8e6faa074447ae6e7c37dbbb9767\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/downloads.esri.com\/blogs\/arcgisonline\/Imagery_StoryMap_R12.jpg\" alt=\"July 2016 World Imagery Basemap Updates story map\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The list of new and updated contributors added to the World Imagery basemap:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Boone County, Iowa \u2013 *new* 0.10m<\/li>\n<li>Burgenland &amp; Upper Austria, Austria \u2013*new* 0.20m<\/li>\n<li>City of Tulsa, Oklahoma \u2013 *new* 0.15m<\/li>\n<li>Washington, DC \u2013 *new* 0.08m<\/li>\n<li>Bay County, Florida \u2013 updated 0.15m<\/li>\n<li>NAIP 2015, Florida (areas) \u2013 updated 1.00m<\/li>\n<li>City of Rotterdam, Netherlands \u2013 updated 0.07m<\/li>\n<li>Southern Vermont \u2013 updated 0.50m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These updates are part of the ArcGIS Online effort to provide updated imagery content.
