Templates were added to ArcGIS Online.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New ArcGIS Solution Products<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/solutions.arcgis.com\/local-government\/help\/adopta\/\" target=\"_blank\">Adopta<\/a> helps government agencies and other organizations engage the public in the <!--more-->maintenance and operation of natural and man-made assets.\u00a0 Adopta can be set up to facilitate the adoption of anything with a location.\u00a0 The initial release includes configurations for the adoption of catch basins, fire hydrants, and parks.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/solutions.arcgis.com\/emergency-management\/help\/incident-analysis-viewer\" target=\"_blank\">Situational Awareness Viewer<\/a> now honors visibility of the map.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/solutions.arcgis.com\/local-government\/help\/plan-drawing\/\" target=\"_blank\">Plans and Drawings<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/solutions.arcgis.com\/local-government\/help\/public-parking\/\" target=\"_blank\">Public Parking<\/a> are now deployed via Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, can be configured in ArcGIS Online and no longer require downloading the solutions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/solutions.arcgis.com\/telecommunications\/help\/project-planning-markup\/\" target=\"_blank\">Project Planning Markup<\/a> now uses Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/solutions.arcgis.com\/utilities\/water\/help\/proposed-water-design\/\" target=\"_blank\">Proposed Water Design<\/a> corrected a typo in the Proposed Lateral Lines field alias, the application configuration now uses the Smart Editor widget and the edit template now includes both freehand and line creation tools.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/solutions.arcgis.com\/state-government\/help\/511\/\" target=\"_blank\">Transportation 511<\/a> added a configuration option to hide the Information Summary
