Now most of the commonly used raster tools can be accessed from a single location.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2017\/02\/imagerytab1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-74096\" src=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2017\/02\/imagerytab1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"553\" height=\"114\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here is a quick breakdown of what can be found on the Imagery tab:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ortho Mapping<\/strong> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/help\/data\/imagery\/ortho-mapping-in-arcgis-pro.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Ortho mapping tools<\/a> can be used to produce georeferenced ortho products from images from drones, satellites, and digital and scanned aerial photography. These products include georeferenced orthomosaic datasets, georeferenced orthomosaics stored as TIFF or CRF, digital elevation models (DEM), and digital surface models (DSM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Georeference<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0 You can now georeference your imagery and CAD data in\u00a0ArcGIS Pro. \u00a0Use the <a href=\"http:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/help\/data\/imagery\/georeferencing-tools.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Georeferencing tab<\/a> to align rasters with your GIS data using Auto Georeferencing\u00a0or by\u00a0manually creating ground control points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Raster functions<\/strong> \u2013 The <a href=\"http:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/help\/data\/imagery\/raster-functions-pane.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Raster Functions pane<\/a> gives you access to several ready to use <a href=\"http:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/help\/data\/imagery\/list-of-raster-functions.htm\" target=\"_blank\">raster functions<\/a> that can be used for various processing tasks such as radiometric correction, geometric correction, data management, visualization, and analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Function Editor<\/strong> \u2013 The <a href=\"http:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/help\/data\/imagery\/overview-of-the-function-editor.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Function Editor<\/a> allows you to chain raster functions together into a single chain.\u00a0 These chains can be saved as RFT files, which can be applied to rasters attached to mosaic datasets\/image services or shared to portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Image Classification<\/strong> \u2013The <a href=\"http:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/help\/data\/imagery\/the-image-classification-wizard.htm\">Image Classification Wizard<\/a> guides users through several stages of the image classification process from preprocessing to segmentation, training sample selection, training, classifying, QA\/QC to post-processing.\u00a0The classification tools allow you to run specific classifications tools, independent from the entire Classification Wizard workflow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Process<\/strong> &#8211; The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/pro.arcgis.com\/en\/pro-app\/help\/data\/imagery\/process-gallery.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Process\u00a0gallery<\/a> contains some of most commonly used functions such as clip, mask, and difference.
