It is preconfigured with a custom pop-up. The map service is combined with a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arcgis.com\/home\/item.html?id=0086eb5d16104827a247d49b999a08e5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tile layer<\/a> in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arcgis.com\/home\/item.html?id=cd60c29a40314815ac32ab06e452005e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USA Soils Map Unit web map<\/a> resulting in a map that draws quickly across the full range of scales.
