Overview
Serve as a liaison between customers, the Information Systems and Technology (IST) Division, and Corporate in this vital position maintaining software order processing, deployment, and auditing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point for the IST Division’s software ordering and deployment process
- Fulfill requests for software in on-prem and SaaS applications
- Provide software installation and access support
- Perform database entry and tracking of purchase requisitions associated with software requests
- Create and maintain user accounts across various SaaS platforms, assist with audits
- Improve and maintain software database titles to assist customers in efficiently locating software on the network in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation, including SaaS portal administration guides and workflows, write customer-facing instructions for software access and acceptable usage
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience using database applications and business information systems
- Superior customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with other departments and all levels of staff
- Possess independent problem solving and self-direction skills with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with software licensing and deployment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Be motivated to learn and advance in the job
- High school diploma
