Overview


In this role you will coordinate, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that contribute to strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs. You will support ABM senior program managers and account stakeholders to ensure the successful startup, execution, optimization, and measurement of ABM campaigns and tactics.

 

You will also support ABM programs with account and audience research, campaign analytics, and communication with marketing channels on ABM initiatives and campaign tactics.

Responsibilities


  • Assist in the building, launching, optimization, and management of strategic ABM marketing campaigns simultaneously across multiple channels (owned, earned, shared, and paid), partnering with supporting teams to ensure successful tactic execution
  • Leverage marketing analytics and reporting platforms to manage weekly campaign activity reports and sales analytics
  • Effectively manage tactics and communications with marketing channels to prioritize and execute on high impact campaigns aligned with ABM goals
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches, and strategies
  • Collaborate, innovate, and document new ABM best practices and process improvements
  • Assist in creating and managing customized marketing briefs to get alignment across the marketing channels, enhancing the effectiveness, and amplifying ABM efforts
  • Support and coordinate event execution as part of the integrated ABM campaigns
  • Monitor external news sources and analyst reports and partner with Senior Programs Managers to build and maintain strategic audience profiles
  • Build campaign flows using Lucidchart and author campaign emails
  • Maintain corporate presentation used for onboarding and sales presentations
  • Partner with the Head of ABM to develop and maintain internal ABM presentations
  • Manage executive-level presentations to report on performance monthly, and provide recommendations for optimization

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in marketing with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; or 1+ year of experience in marketing with a master's degree
    • 1+ years of experience in campaign management
  • Experience executing and measuring successful integrated and digital marketing campaigns
  • Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional visual presentation creation skills (such as PowerPoint decks)
  • Motivation to take responsibility and to make a difference
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Management
  • Experience with Pardot, LucidChart, Demandbase and/or Salesforce
  • Experience with Workfront
  • Knowledge of GIS/Esri products

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

  

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $66,560.00 - $104,000.00.
