You’re invited to join our dedicated team of Adobe Experience Manager professionals, pushing the envelope to provide Esri with industry-leading marketing solutions! You get excited about making to solving key system-related problems and improve existing processes that enable others to work smarter. You know analyzing how work occurs in our marketing organization enables the team to address problems in more sophisticated ways. You’ll contribute to new features and capabilities, boosting the efficiency of our Marketing analysts and other CMS users.

Responsibilities


  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
  • Evaluate gathered information, identify and reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract general understanding from low-level information, and distinguish wants from true needs
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients and technical teams to prioritize requirements, create as-is to-be process models, evaluate potential solutions, define a proposed solution, propose quick fixes, and develop model business processes
  • Create and revise analysis artifacts and deliverables as needed such as gap analysis, business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, business rules, business process models, test cases, and user stories
  • Successfully engage in multiple, simultaneous initiatives
  • Work independently with clients to define requirements
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prepare or groom user stories as part of an Agile scrum team
  • Drive and challenge IST and business colleagues to optimize designs and work products and how they will successfully execute their plans
  • Collaborate on integration and user acceptance testing, weekly production deploys, and post-production support

Requirements


  • 4 years of experience working with CMS and web systems
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.1 or greater
  • Process-driven analysis skills and background in various requirement discovery methods
  • Strong facilitation skills to elicit requirements from various personalities across organization boundaries including senior executives
  • Understand technical jargon and possess the ability to communicate it in layman’s terms
  • Proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and management

  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
  • Ability to effectively document, track, and troubleshoot CMS and web applications
  • Bachelor’s or higher in any field

Recommended Qualifications


  • Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Apache, Nodejs, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Akamai
  • Familiarity with related Adobe products such as Analytics, Campaign, Target, Audience Manager, etc.
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Visio and Excel
  • Experience working as part of a Scrum team
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce
