Applications Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage scrum teams delivering solutions for our employees, distributors, and customers
• Ensure your teams are delivering and adhering to processes and fully utilizing our suite of tools
• Monitor and evaluate teams’ efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage staff, including career development and resource planning
• Communicate with stakeholders and executives
• Serve as the business relationship manager for executives and senior managers in the departments you support
• Manage relationships with vendors

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience, preferably including project management, business analysis, and quality assurance
• Experience in an agile application development environment
• Previous experience leading a technical team
• Be an energetic, customer-focused, technically savvy individual with a hands-on approach
• Understanding of technical jargon and ability to communicate it in layman’s terms to non-technical participants
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work and communicate both at the tactical day-to-day level and at the strategic planning level with executives, colleagues, and technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in any field

Recommended Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Training Management Platforms, or eCommerce
