Overview


The brand associate is an exciting entry point to Esri’s Marketing Division. In this role, you will support the functional areas of brand that include internal communications, brand intelligence, brand research, brand governance, and brand education.

Responsibilities


  • Socialize brand successes to the rest of Esri through a variety of mediums such as emails and newsletters
  • Liaise with other groups across Esri such as programs, events, advertising, industry, international, product marketing, and product developments to create effective, holistic communications plans
  • Update and manage the internal brand website
  • Track the effectiveness of the brand website, manage executive-level presentation to report on performance monthly, and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Partner with Head of Brand to develop and maintain annual competitive brand health analysis report
  • Monitor external news sources and analyst reports and partner with Head of Brand to develop and maintain annual year-end topical tech trend analysis report
  • Manage and report on annual brand perception study
  • Maintain corporate presentation used for onboarding and sales presentations
  • Partner with Head of Brand to develop and maintain internal brand academy

Requirements


  • 2+ years of professional working experience
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
  • Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and if scheduling conflicts arise, ask for assistance with a sense of urgency
  • Motivation to take responsibility and to make a difference
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s in marketing, business, communication, or related fields

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Pardot, and/or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of GIS/Esri products
