Overview


Change management plays a key role in ensuring our sophisticated marketing tech stack is fully adopted across the organization. In this role you will focus on the people side of change, creating and implementing change management plans that maximize employee adoption and impact of new marketing technology. You will work with marketing project managers and campaign managers to integrate change management activities into their project plans and play an integral role in their success.

Responsibilities


  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Map, assess, optimize, and drive adoption of marketing processes
  • Support communication efforts by designing and developing communication plans
  • Assess the change impact by conducting impact analysis and assessing change readiness
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Coach project managers and team leads
  • Train teams on various products and processes
  • Build training materials using various tools
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Train the teams on developing data-driven approaches supporting our ROMI

Requirements


  • 5-7+ years of work experience in technology, process optimization, and change management
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience in evaluating and optimizing business processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in marketing and solid knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s in business, communications, computer science or related field

Recommended Qualifications


  • Change management certification
  • Knowledge of Adobe Solutions, Workfront, Camtasia and WalkMe or any other Digital Adoption Platform
