Overview


Support the customer and vendor contracts entered into the business to ensure the proper workflows and accounting transactions occur. You will work with Accounting, Customer Service, Professional Services, Contracts, and other departments to complete the necessary review and documentation of these agreements to support operational processes, strict adherence to terms outlined in customer contracts and supporting both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities


  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with Accounting, Customer Service, Professional Services, Legal and other departments to ensure compliance with GAAP, contracting polices and other variances
  • Own the process of reviewing contracts and other customer and vendors agreements and data entry to ensure accuracy of terms and contractual language
  • Ability to dive deep with multiple stakeholders to resolve a wide range of complexities related to the contract review process
  • Establish Priorities independently
  • Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
  • Retrieve and analyze data using available system tools including SAP, SalesForce, Apttus and other data management systems
  • Support regular reporting efforts

Requirements


  • 2+ years of relevant contract related professional experience
  • Experience in contract creation/review, and contractual verbiage
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational, self-motivated and able to prioritize demands to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate project management ability to manage the coordination of pending actions open during the contract review life cycle to meet deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, or related area

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experience with SAP or other large ERP system
  • Functional quantitative, analytical and organizational experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong and verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
