Overview


Do you have a passion for influencer marketing, building and maintaining relationships, and telling amazing stories? If yes, we’re looking for a marketing professional to join our influencer marketing team. Using your relationship building, storytelling and PR skills, you’ll partner with stakeholders and SMEs across Esri to execute brand/marketing/PR partnerships with key Esri customers and third-party influencers. Your goal: Activate customer and influencer voices to organically build awareness for Esri and develop, nurture, and manage those relationships to extend Esri’s marketing and sales goals.

Responsibilities


  • Recruit, nurture, and engage customers and third-party influencers with the intent of developing and telling stories that drive broad awareness of Esri and our product brands
  • Create and maintain marketing plans/activations with customers and third party influencers to extend Esri marketing efforts through their social and owned communications channels
  • Orchestrate conversations, interactions, and engagement between Esri SMEs/spokespeople and customers/influencers on social media networks, community platforms, and digital/live events
  • Understand customers’ use cases of Esri technology and develop stories and pitches that seamlessly align customers’ messaging with Esri’s product/industry, brand, and PR narratives
  • Find opportunities to successfully tell, land, and continually amplify customer stories and third party influencer content in Esri’s paid, earned, owned, and shared marketing channels
  • Develop and maintain operational processes to ensure delivery, discovery, and use of customer marketing assets across the organization
  • Monitor and measure the success of Esri’s customer and influencer content and continually seek ways to innovate delivery and optimize impact
  • Build internal awareness and alignment to Esri’s customer advocacy and influencer marketing programs

Requirements


  • 3-5+ years of experience working in customer advocacy, customer success, public relations, influencer relations, and/or marketing with a storytelling background
  • Experience owning and managing relationships with customers or influencers on creative projects
  • Ability to juggle multiple customer and influencer projects at one time against tight deadlines
  • Strong initiative-taking, problem-solving influence/sales skills
  • Highly organized, collaborative, energetic, and detail-oriented with program and project management experience desired
  • Bachelor’s or higher in communications, marketing, journalism, or English

Recommended Qualifications


  • B2B marketing experience driving PR or influencer programs with PR agency experience strongly desired
