In this role you will collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to support a thorough and accurate returns and credits process throughout the company. As part of the auditing team, you will utilize critical thinking skills to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions. You will be provided the opportunity to learn various internal Esri processes and systems leading to excellent potential advancement opportunities within Customer Service and other areas throughout the organization.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze data and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of Esri’s internal auditing processes, while contributing to new processes introduced
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements for processes and procedures
  • Ensure details of processes are documented, understood, and participate in on-going training sessions to communicate changes
  • Assist in auditing credits and returns processed company-wide ensuring quality, accuracy, and achievement of audit objectives
  • Reviews credits and returns reporting in SAP to pull transaction data as assigned
  • Monitors internal email alias, working with auditing team to support internal team members with questions and troubleshooting
  • Examine and analyze financial transactions
  • Performs other related duties as required

Requirements


  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, including high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills working with all levels of management
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional office environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook; bonus points for Excel)
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Understands and adheres to the rules of confidentiality

Recommended Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience with auditing and accounting practices
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce
