Overview


Use your passion for helping customers in this challenging and rewarding position where you will play a crucial role in Esri’s success. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with domestic or international customers in a variety of industries, as well as teams throughout Esri.


As a member of our customer service team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and use your problem-solving and research skills to audit and process software orders. This position has advancement potential within the department and other areas throughout the organization.

Responsibilities


  • Manage all order-related activity for an assigned customer base including order processing, delivery schedule, invoicing, and post-delivery support
  • Track licenses, maintenance, and entitlements for each customer
  • Create and follow up on customer quotes as needed
  • Update and maintain customer account information databases
  • Be available to answer questions from customers or other departments
  • Participate on project teams as assigned

Requirements


  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail including experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use resources to research issues and handle complex customer inquiries
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook; bonus points for Excel)
  • Bachelor’s in business or related field, or equivalent experience

Recommended Qualifications


  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce

Specifically, it develops the Photogrammetry software SURE, which is used worldwide to reconstruct 3D surface models from images and lidar. As one of the leading solutions in this domain, it focuses on high accuracy and large-scale applications like aerial mapping of entire cities and countries. Municipalities and leading companies in the mapping industry use our unique technology for countrywide data production. Tens of thousands of aerial images with high resolution are computed into 3D information. Data volumes of hundreds of Terabytes per project are common for customers. Consequently, strong equipped hardware in terms of storage systems and graphics cards support our daily business.
