Overview


Join our Customer Service division to provide administrative support to team members. We invite you to use your strong people skills and desire to help others to support various functions that will assist the team in managing data related to customer accounts. This position has advancement potential within the department and other areas throughout the organization.

Responsibilities


  • Manage a high volume of incoming e-mail correspondence and take appropriate and timely action
  • Assist team members with clerical responsibilities regarding customer orders and software maintenance follow-up
  • Analyze data and demonstrate expertise regarding creating and updating customer Esri Account Profiles, ensuring they are complete and accurate
  • Learn all responsibilities of the support team to provide back-up coverage when needed

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional office environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, including high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook; bonus points for Excel)
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with some college preferred
