Overview


Join our Customer Service division to provide administrative support to Customer Service team members. Use your strong people skills and desire to help others to support various functions that will assist the team in managing data related to customer accounts. This position has advancement potential within the department and other areas throughout the organization.

Responsibilities


  • Manage a high volume of incoming e-mail correspondence and take appropriate and timely action
  • Convert emails into cases using Salesforce
  • Assist the department with clerical responsibilities related to customer orders and updating customer data to ensure it is complete and accurate
  • Assist with processing orders in SAP that support internal employees
  • Learn all responsibilities of the support team to provide back-up coverage when needed
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements


  • 1+ years of experience working in a professional office environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, including high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Recommended Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$17-$26 USD
