Overview


Join our advertising team and help accelerate innovative digital campaigns that drive demand and brand awareness for Esri. As a digital advertising specialist, you will be a crucial resource in managing campaign operations. This involves producing advertising and marketing collateral with cross-functional teams, executing and optimizing paid campaigns, and analyzing performance.

Responsibilities


  • Creative Production
    • Manage the production of advertising creatives for paid media channels, including search, display, and social, from planning to publishing
    • Consult with program and campaign managers to establish overall campaign strategy
    • Collaborate with content team to develop advertising messaging framework
    • Build creative briefs and work with design team to execute
  • Campaign Management
    • Support the management of paid media channels, primarily social (e.g., campaign set up, monitoring, and optimization)
    • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and work with program and campaign managers address areas for improvement
    • Liaise with data and analytics teams to maintain and enhance advertising dashboards, and leverage marketing analytics and reporting platforms to determine campaign success criteria
    • Manage advertising budget tracker and review campaign invoices
  • Strategic Operations
    • Proactively evaluate emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches, and strategies for the team and organization to leverage
    • Document and communicate advertising best practices and identify areas for process or tactical improvement across the organization

Requirements


  • 3+ years of digital marketing or advertising with direct experience in paid social
  • Proven track record for producing, executing, and analyzing successful digital campaigns, including paid social
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding digital marketing and advertising strategy
  • Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to make complex ideas easily understandable (e.g., proficiency in using spreadsheets and delivering presentations)
  • Bachelor’s or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or related field

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experienceat at a B2B software company or agency
  • Experience working collaboratively with creative and technical teams
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
  • Experience using design software such as Photoshop and InDesign
