Overview


Leverage your collaboration and operations management skills within a growing team of talented individuals in Digital Sales. Utilize your exceptional analytical and communication skills to facilitate critical workforce operations activities. Leverage your excellenct presenting skills by presenting to audiences both internally and externally at our various meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the management team to optimize workforce staffing and utilization; manage internal staffing movement
  • Partner with Human Resources and Sales Support teams on staffing activities and special projects
  • Facilitate internal departmental recruiting processes, including candidate assessment, scheduling, and meeting attendance
  • Manage reporting within the iCIMS and Sort systems
  • Manage and improve data workflows related to staffing new hire training, performance, and internal movement
  • Facilitate and monitor interview processes and standards
  • Conduct analysis to provide reporting, recommendations, and feedback to management related to workforce planning and staffing needs

Requirements


  • 1+ years of experience training/knowledge of workforce development, candidate screening and project management
  • 2+ years of work experience in a Sales Development environment
  • Ability to successfully work efficiently under pressure in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and comprehension of business professionalism
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and work on multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical, solution oriented, and innovative
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experience using Esri products
  • Strong utilization of SharePoint for reporting
  • Proven advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proven abilities in PowerBI
  • Familiarity with programming and database management systems
  • Strong presentation skills
