Overview


 

Are you a self-motivated individual looking to apply your passion for enabling talent on a dedicated learning and development team? Use your skills to help us develop employees and leaders across the organization to increase their professional capabilities. In this position, you will provide detailed coordination and delivery of training programs, educational resources, and other talent development initiatives.

Responsibilities


  • Administer and coordinate multiple training programs including Esri’s leadership development series
  • Oversee the coordination of Esri’s fellowship program and external educational partnerships including tuition discounts and tuition reimbursement requests
  • Market course offerings and educational benefits to employees to encourage enrollment and promote professional development
  • Assist with learning application and sustainment through the development, implementation, and scheduling of pre- and post-training activities
  • Facilitate new employee orientation, DISC team sessions and other professional development programs
  • Develop training tools, guides, and templates to provide consistency and sustainability of training initiatives
  • Manage learner and course data within the learning management system including assignment, scheduling, recording, and reporting
  • Organize training program logistics and resources such as room reservations, calendar updates, enrollment lists, participant materials, survey evaluations, set-up/break-down, and AV support
  • Support administration and evaluation of training effectiveness and improvement processes

Requirements


  • 2 + years of work experience in human resources or related field
  • Expertise in areas of HR, learning and development, and program management
  • Experience facilitating corporate training, presentations, and/or educational programs
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with others in a team-oriented culture
  • Refined written and verbal communication skills that provide clear and concise information which can be used in reports and formal correspondence
  • Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude to ensure a best-in-class learning experience for all employees
  • Excellent analytical skills and an ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple programs and events
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s in business, human resources, psychology, communication, or related field (master's preferred)

  • Experience with SucessFactors LMS
