Expand your knowledge of employee relations by coordinating critical data gathering as well as handling confidential information. You will help in some of the most crucial areas of Human Resources separations as well as investigations and performance management. You will also enhance your working knowledge of employment law, comparable state regulations, some international regulations, and case management experience.   • Assist our employee relations team with specific work related to internal transfers, promotions, rehires, etc., utilizing an internal review system
  • Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to coordinate critical data as requested all separations for the organization, ensuring all paperwork, timecards, and checks are completed within compliance requirements
  • Work with employee relations team to gather and collect critical information to support performance issues, investigations, and legal matters
  • Work cross-functionally across Human Resources business partner, employee relations, and payroll teams to research and address outstanding timecard issues
  • Receive, review, and appropriately distribute exit questionnaire surveys
  • Assist with responding/flagging employee relations alias inquiries and requests, ensuring items are addressed appropriately by partnering with employee relations specialists and management as needed


  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably employee relations/performance management/risk
  • Knowledge of basic employment laws
  • Highly organized, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to multi-task
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
  • Bachelor’s in business, human resources, psychology, communication, or equivalent education, training, and work experience
