Overview


Join the Esri Professional Services Division to deploy, configure and manage a series of secure systems to protect Esri’s customer data in accordance with security and privacy standards such as CMMC, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and others.

Responsibilities


  • Provide engineering and other support to the system architect for all aspects of NIST-based system development, integration, and operations
  • Deliver notes, written documentation, diagrams, schema, workflow, and/or documentation gap analysis results
  • Support raising technical awareness of information security among  Esri Professional Services delivery teams
  • Support preparation and presentation of information security topics to teammates, partners, customers, and executives
  • Support audits by independent auditors, 3PAOs, or federal government auditors
  • Use a variety of support applications for secure systems implementation and operations such as ServiceNow, inventory/configuration management, vulnerability management, Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewall Access Rules, Group Policies, System Hardening, Virtualization, and similar.

Requirements


  • Experience supporting engineering and implementation of cyber-security-centric systems
  • Familiarity with systems administration of secure system configurations such as stand-alone LANs, on-premises configurations, or others
  • Strong IT background with knowledge of several security practice areas and related technologies: access control, application security, network security and topologies, security architecture, security strategy, etc.
  • Experience with implementation, secure configuration, and operation of Microsoft-based and/or Linux systems in various system/server hardware configurations
  • Self-motivated, detail- and quality-oriented
  • Able to work effectively in both team and individual environments
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills related to technical topics
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cyber security, or a related field
  • 3+ years of IT administration experience
  • U.S. citizenship and willingness to obtain a security clearance

Recommended Qualifications


  • Familiarity with information security administration
  • Security certifications including, but not limited to: Security+, CISSP, SSCP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC
