Overview


Be part of a team that designs and produces Esri’s marketing events and conferences. We are seeking an individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills to provide logistical and marketing support for Esri events. In this role you will collaborate with colleagues across the company to assist with many aspects of event planning and support.

Responsibilities


  • Respond to inquiries and maintain correspondence with event attendees prior to, during, and post event via phone and email
  • Communicate with Esri staff via phone and e-mail regarding attendance for Esri owned events and third party events
  • Manage and prepare reports for staff requests for internal and external events
  • Support special activities for key Esri conferences
  • Assist with updating Compass pages
  • Complete special projects for staff scheduling, event registration, and housing support
  • Process attendee registrations, charge credit cards, and process credit refunds

Requirements


  • Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work well with people and develop strong working relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and database software and e-mail correspondence
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Recommended Qualifications


  • Customer service or administrative support background
