Overview


Apply your outstanding communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will provide advanced, diversified administrative support of a substantial and confidential nature to the CFO and other senior leaders. We invite you to use your organizational skills and attention to detail to support coordination of special events and ad-hoc projects and align communications for general divisional education.

Responsibilities


  • Let your independent thinking skills rule the day. Work on assignments that are complex in nature where high levels of judgment are required to resolve problems and make recommendations.
  • You excel with keeping things on-track. Complete assignments in a timely manner with minimal or no instruction on routine work and with general instruction on new assignments.
  • Travel the world from your desk. Initiate and coordinate projects that span the globe and oversee travel arrangements that include US, international, and complex requirements.
  • Attention to detail is your middle name. Manage the time, focus and communications of the company’s most senior executives. This includes prioritizing a wide variety of executive, cross-company and multi-company communications planning, organization and meetings.
  • You wrote the definition of being organized. Be ready to help others overcome obstacles, provide executives with status updates, and identify where executives may need to provide emphasis. Look ahead to anticipate and address needs both from a tactical and a strategic perspective.

Requirements


  • 6+ years of recent work history in an administrative field supporting large groups
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex department, maintain confidential relevant information, and interpret policies and guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with a variety of online systems
  • Strong customer service skills including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and departments
  • High school diploma or equivalent 

Recommended Qualifications


  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
  • Bachelor’s in business or related field
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

  

A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $28.00 - $44.00.
