Overview


Apply your analytical and organizational skills to a fast-growing Professional Services Division within Esri. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and someone who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities


  • Support the division’s Subcontracting process
  • Ensure all divisional requests for Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) creation follow current process
  • Monitor and follow up on all PR/PO requests through SAP system of record and supporting systems
  • Verify work descriptions on summary documentation is clear and all fields are appropriately populated
  • Ensure the funding sources for procurement actions are in place and validated
  • Follow up on Subcontract payments to ensure timely processing, to include: review invoices for payment, obtain management approval, verify invoice is accurate
  • Participate with the project teams as advisor to ensure early identification of needs to meet project obligations
  • Participate in the monthly Subcontract Improvement and Status Initiative.  Evaluate gaps in existing process, and drive updates and improvements
  • Work closely with Contracts, Costs Analyst and Invoice Analyst throughout the process
  • Create and keep a close eye on Subcontracting dashboards looking for trends and anomalies that need attention

Requirements


  • Minimum one year of related experience      
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team orientation and the ability to work well with all levels of the organization
  • SAP Project System experience
  • Kimble PSA experience
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
