You will work closely with federal customers at the intersection of enterprise IT and GIS technology to implement ArcGIS Enterprise and our broad array of other software offerings. These customers represent our most challenging and technically accomplished partners and your expertise in solving complex technical challenges will be essential to their success.

Responsibilities
Implement Advanced ArcGIS Enterprise Deployments
- Deploy and configure ArcGIS Enterprise in a wide variety of environments across operating systems, cloud providers, security architectures, customer types, industries, and organizations
- Configure ArcGIS Enterprise systems to meet the customer’s service level agreement including high availability, disaster recovery, and security requirements
- Plan and execute the migration of content from one ArcGIS Enterprise deployment to another, encompassing different architectures, deployment strategies, and software components
Investigate, Analyze, and Solve Technical Problems
- Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS Enterprise deployments, providing guidance for platform components such as storage, networking, and security
- Use a wide variety of tools to identify performance issues with web applications, web services, and databases
- Provide evidence-backed recommendations to customers regarding performance monitoring, management, and optimization
Enable Users to be Successful
- Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform
- Provide platform cinfiguration guidance and best practices to customers
- Understand how Esri`s technology integrates/interfaces with customers` solutions vision
Optimize Performance and Organization
- Collabroate internally to help customer organizations align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri`s technology platform
- Prepare and present high-quality business and technically-related documentation
- Communicate best practices for building and maintaining enterprise geodatabases
