Overview


Are you looking for a position where you can apply your administrative experience and your outstanding people skills? Esri has an opportunity for an individual with outstanding organizational skills, strong work ethic, and positive attitude to provide support for Human Resources staff.

Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support for general HR operations and processes
  • Assist HR Business Partners, management, visitors, vendors, and employees with HR-related inquiries
  • Handle confidential information and situations with confidence, sensitivity, and professionalism
  • Create and maintain HR databases, reports, and external/internal correspondence
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment and exercise good judgment with excellent follow-through
  • Complete day-to-day responsibilities as directed

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly
  • Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail
  • Experience with employee/customer facilitation, interactions, and correspondence
  • Strong customer service skills with dedicated work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent 

Recommended Qualifications


  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s in human resources, business, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in human resources with focus on leave of absence and accommodation support
  • Knowledge of California state and federal laws related to human resources policies and practices
  • Experience with an HRIS, preferably SAP and iCIMS; Experience with Microsoft Access

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

 

A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $20.00 - $31.50.
