In this position, you will advance our campus recruitment initiatives, coordinate and manage strategic pillars of our internship program, support and enhance DEI initiatives, amplify our employer brand on campuses, and uphold other early career programs. Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, have some expertise in building and managing programs, and have the knowledge and drive to develop future programs for Esri. You are energized by relationships and driven to ensure candidates, recruiters, and clients experience memorable interactions.
