Leverage your location intelligence expertise to identify and create go-to-market strategies and support marketing campaigns with specific goals in building a qualified database and growing awareness for Esri and ArcGIS. As an industry specialist supporting the business sector, you will research and report on economic, technological, and other factors that affect the cross-industry Supply Chain and Logistics markets and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to help define, execute, and measure an industry marketing plan.


  • Collaborate across Business Development and Professional Services teams for identification of industry-specific solutions to build and maintain the single-source of truth for industry-wide messaging and storytelling for Esri supply chain and logistics capabilities
  • Research, evaluate, and lead efforts on strategic industry positioning specific to location intelligence and supply chain and logistics for consumer goods and services primarily with the potential to support adjacent industries; gain validation by internal and external experts
  • Align and collaborate with multiple Esri teams to successfully deliver campaigns to grow awareness for Esri and ArcGIS within the business industry sector
  • Build and maintain an active supply chain and logistics user community through ongoing communications (LinkedIn, newsletters and webinars), on-line forums, and user groups
  • Maintain deep GIS domain expertise and be responsible for providing product demonstrations and industry expertise to support press and analyst briefings, partner engagements, and customer meetings
  • Influence and support campaign strategy and tactics to meet integrated campaign success goals, including:
    • Conferences, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and workshops
    • Thought leadership including blogs, technical papers, brochures, and articles
    • Web and social media
    • Analysts, press media, and advertising


  • 5+ years of experience working in the supply chain and logistics industries, ideally within consumer goods and services (B2B and B2C) and a bachelor's degree in marketing, GIS, supply chain, information systems, or related field; or 3+ years of experience in aforementioned areas and a master's degree.
  • Knowledge of location intelligence and its application within supply chain and logistics organizations
  • Excellent communication skills to include written, verbal, and presentation
  • Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and have the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.


A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $79,040 - $133,120
