Our dynamic Digital Experience team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and outstanding service to our clients. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team.

You will play a meaningful role in optimizing our marketing efforts by leveraging cutting-edge automation tools and strategies. This role is tactically focused on the execution and constant optimization of forms, automation rules, and other marketing automation tasks. The role will also serve as an internal resource to marketing teams, supporting automation and form execution. Your experience in marketing technology and automation will be instrumental in driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign and automation execution. Execute marketing automation tactics by building campaign, lists, and form completion actions that support attribution, segmentation, and campaign objectives across the marketing funnel.
  • Forms development and optimization. Design, maintain, and optimize web forms and form handlers to support transactional and marketing use cases, while improving conversion performance.
  • Communicate and collaborate. Partner with IST, MarTech, and other cross-functional teams to ensure automation efforts are effectively integrated, scalable, and aligned with enterprise marketing systems and priorities.
  • Measurement and continuous improvement. Monitor and report on performance metrics for automation programs, analyzing workflows and outcomes to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and improved effectiveness.
  • Learn and grow. Stay current on marketing automation standards, privacy requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliant, consistent execution. Document best practices and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting marketing automation, preferably in B2B tech companies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven outcomes
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Capable of creative problem solving
  • Experience leveraging CRM and marketing automation administration tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally (up to ~10%); travel needs may vary based on business requirements

Recommended Qualifications

  • Certification in marketing automation tools
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. MS Project, Workfront)
  • Experience using HTML, CSS, and Java

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$73,528-$114,608 USD
