Your expertise in marketing technology and automation will be instrumental in driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and enhancing customer engagement.

 

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing efforts by leveraging cutting-edge automation tools and strategies. This role is tactically focused on the execution and constant optimization of forms, automation rules, and other marketing automation tasks. The role will also serve as an internal consultant to marketing teams, guiding automation, and form strategy.

Responsibilities


  • Create, troubleshoot, and maintain web forms and form handlers for a variety of transactional and marketing purposes
  • Create tactics (campaigns) and lists in Salesforce/Account Engagement (Pardot) to support attribution and segmentation
  • Coordinate the appropriate use of forms and completion actions needed to support campaign objectives
  • Document marketing automation processes, programs, and procedures
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the marketing division
  • Provide consultative support for the Marketing Division to improve form conversion metrics and share best practices
  • Participate and supports other marketing automation projects, as needed

Requirements


  • 2 years of experience in B2B marketing automation and a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; or 1 year of experience and a Master’s degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Excel at problem-solving and approaching problems in multiple ways
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal peers and agency partners, often in non-hierarchical relationships
  • Intermediate CRM and Marketing Automation administration

Recommended Qualifications


  • Marketing Automation administration experience within Salesforce and Pardot
  • Certification in marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist or Adobe Marketo Engagement Certified Professional)
  • Experience using HTML, CSS, and Java

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

 

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $66,560.00 - $104,000.00.
