Overview


Perform mining and analysis of large datasets, extracting insights that will support key marketing stakeholders in their decision-making process. Part of this effort will include building and maintaining our PowerBI reporting dashboards to provide an effective visualization for our data storytelling that will ultimately drive business growth across the entire Esri organization. You will also be working with team leads to build and enhance our Azure data warehouse, build data pipelines, and ensure best-in-class data integration across not just Marketing but the entire organization.

Responsibilities


  • Extract insights from multiple large and complex qualitative and quantitative data sets to investigate business problems
  • Deliver actionable reports (ad-hoc or standard dashboards) that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement, and display root cause analysis of problems
  • Communicate findings of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers
  • May participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in process execution, business intelligence, creating dashboards, reporting, or data analysis
  • Deep expertise using SQL
  • 2+ years of experience using Adobe Analytics and Power BI
  • Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities, and planning and independently executing tasks in a structured manner
  • Experience in Azure Cloud technologies (i.e., Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Analytics, Python, Spark SQL, Azure Data Bricks, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Functions, Event Hub, Azure Analysis Service)
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing analytics platforms using Azure Cloud architecture using structured and unstructured data sources
