Overview


Perform mining and analysis of large datasets, extracting insights that will support key marketing stakeholders in their decision-making process. Part of this effort will include building and maintaining our Power BI reporting dashboards, providing an effective visualization for our data storytelling, and ultimately driving business growth across the entire organization.

You will be also working with team leads to enhance and support our current data management platform setup by building traits and segments, pushing them to the destinations to be leveraged by our advertising department, and ensuring best-in-class data integration across not just marketing, but the entire organization.

Responsibilities


  • Extract insights from multiple large and complex qualitative and quantitative data sets to investigate business problems
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities, planning, and independently executing tasks in a structured manner
  • Communicate findings of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers
  • Define new attributes to improve our customer profile
  • Create and modify existing traits and segments in our data management platform to be used for our marketing activities
  • Participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in process execution, business intelligence, dashboard creation, reporting, or data analysis
  • Deep expertise using SQL
  • 2+ years of experience using Power BI
  • 2+ years of experience creating traits and segments for targeting and enriching customer profile attributes
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
