Overview


In this role as a marketing project technician, you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring a high volume of projects to support marketing objectives. This work involves using the Workfront work management system to set up request approvals, select appropriate project templates, assign tasks to resources, and follow up on tasks to ensure timelines are met. The individual selected must be familiar with workflows and tasks assigned to staff members to knowledgeably answer questions from requestors and resolve any issues.

Responsibilities


  • Monitor Workfront queues for assigned workflows and process requests upon receipt
  • Ensure all questions received from requestors or stakeholders are answered in a timely manner
  • Monitor work for bottlenecks
  • Communicate with requestors, resources, and stakeholders as needed to resolve issues and meet timelines
  • Make suggestions for process improvements to Process and Reporting Team
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of assigned workflows
  • Understand Workfront system and stay abreast of updates or changes
  • Coordinate direct mail requests including calculating postage estimates, staying abreast of postal regulations, and ensuing postage accounts are correctly funded

Requirements


  • Relevant administrative or project coordination work experience
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail and task oriented
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Available to work Monday–Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM PT with at least three days per week in Redlands office
