Overview


Play a part in increasing Esri's visibility, interaction, and influence with the analyst community. In this role, you will support the analyst relations manager and be responsible for managing strong relationships with key industry influencers/analysts. You will engage with top tier firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC as well as second tier firms to leverage analyst research and opinion to convey market trends and information to marketing, sales, product development, and executives.

Responsibilities


  • Support the scheduling of briefings and inquiries with relevant analysts based on Esri corporate and product priorities to grow and expand positive opinions of Esri market strategies, products, and services
  • Increase inclusion in analyst research reports, market perspectives, market share data, and industry event presentations
  • Assist in preparing content that is tailored for analyst audiences
  • Develop and monitor an analyst report calendar for coverage potential
  • Secure analyst quotes for press releases when appropriate
  • Support customer advocacy team to generate customer reviews for G2 Crowd and Gartner Peer Insights
  • Monitor research and coverage to identify incorrect positioning
  • Research and target untapped analyst opportunities

Requirements


  • 2-3+ years of experience
  • Experience working with analysts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
