Overview


Are you a results-oriented team player with an interest in software technology? We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and manage marketing programs to support our growing team. In this role you will work alongside thought leaders and GIS experts in highly visible industries such as Law Enforcement, Emergency Management, Humanitarian Affairs, and Wildland Fire. Use your expertise and passion to tell compelling stories and drive results to support business objectives, foster community development, and drive awareness around Esri’s Public Safety Solutions.

Responsibilities


  • Lead, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support public safety specific programs and objectives across varying channels and segments globally
  • Support, build, and execute tactical plans for industry tradeshows, sponsorships, and associations in alignment with program and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with corporate and product marketing teams to strategize and execute cross-divisional tactics and campaigns
  • Work with industry managers and other internal and external stakeholders to develop and amplify solutions campaign messaging and thought leadership content, including use cases, blogs, articles, press releases
  • Partner with creative teams and other internal marketing stakeholders to create engaging content, including web and landing pages, videos, e-books, and digital flyers and brochures
  • Collaborate with industry managers to understand target markets, positioning, and user personas in order to navigate market challenges
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure campaign performance in market

Requirements


  • Proven verbal and written communications skills; ability to understand and convey technical information in a non-technical manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience with marketing technology and common marketing concepts and strategies
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with previous experience leading programs or highly visible projects
  • Ability to exercise good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Self-starter, detail- and task-oriented; able to successfully manage multiple priorities with guidance from leadership
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or related field (master's preferred)

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experience or strong interest in learning about public safety industries and workflows
