Use your experience in facility operations to assist in day-to-day maintenance and operational needs for all Esri offices worldwide. Be a part of our global operations team that administers (identifies, leases, and builds) sites around the globe. Bring your talents and skills, good judgment, and discretion to determine the best solutions and drive results. Work as a team to ensure this results in successful completion, on time and on budget. 

Responsibilities


  • Manage on-going facility maintenance and operational needs for domestic and international remote offices outside of headquarters
  • Manage service contracts and purchase orders for recurring expenses, including HVAC, janitorial, coffee services, parking, rentals, access control, etc.
  • Research and resolve all facility maintenance issues
  • Provide analysis for proposed solutions and costs
  • Negotiate with vendors for best price and partner with all levels of the organization to remotely coordinate, plan, and manage issues and improvements
  • Collaborate with project management team on construction projects for all security and access control needs 
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiency of the department and service performed

Requirements


  • 2 years of related experience in facilities/operations management 
  • Demonstrated analysis and negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of organization and vendors
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel a must)
  • Organizational skills to include data entry, filing, and scanning
  • Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and determine solutions with ambiguity and minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's in business, facilities management, or related field

Recommended Qualifications


  • Experience in remote facility administration
  • Experience with SAP or another enterprise application
